Support for whatever you’re carrying
Life can feel complicated, overwhelming, or confusing at times. You may be navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or persistent patterns that leave you frustrated or stuck. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and explore what’s getting in the way, and consider what you want to create moving forward.
About My Practice
I provide teletherapy for adults in DC and Maryland, helping clients build insight, confidence, and practical strategies that fit their real lives. My work often centers on supporting adults with ADHD, though many of my clients also come to therapy for anxiety, relationship issues, or simply to better understand themselves.
My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I work from a trauma-informed, client-centered perspective, integrating tools from talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral approaches, mindfulness, and existential perspectives. When past experiences continue to show up in daily life, I incorporate EMDR therapy to help you process and move forward.
What you can expect
