ADHD Therapy for Women

Find clarity, balance, and confidence while learning to work with your brain, instead of against it.

How we’ll address ADHD

Living with ADHD can mean juggling constant thoughts, unfinished tasks, and the pressure to “just get it done.” You find yourself working twice as hard to keep up, only to feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or discouraged. ADHD therapy can help you slow down, understand how you work, and build strategies that actually fit your life, while creating more space for the things that matter most.

  • We’ll start by getting a clear picture of what’s bringing you to therapy—what’s been feeling hard, where you’re getting stuck, and what you hope will be different. Together, we’ll look at your background, patterns, and daily experiences to understand how ADHD shows up for you and how it interacts with other parts of your life.

Early on, we’ll explore both your challenges and your strengths. Many women with ADHD have developed creative ways to stay afloat, even if those strategies no longer fully work. We’ll identify what’s helping, what’s getting in the way, and how to build on what’s already working well for you.

  • I draw from talk therapy, cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and, when helpful, EMDR. We’ll explore how past experiences or beliefs influence how you see yourself today, notice patterns that keep you stuck, and practice new ways of responding that feel more aligned with your needs and values.

I also incorporate body-based and sensory tools to help you tune in to what your body is telling you, so you can meet your needs with greater clarity and compassion.

Our work is collaborative and flexible. My goal is to help you understand yourself more fully, strengthen your executive functioning, and create lasting change that feels sustainable—not forced.

    • Building executive function skills and staying organized

    • Easing overwhelm and emotional reactivity

    • Strengthening self-compassion and confidence

    • Navigating relationships with clarity

    • Creating more meaningful daily routines

Wherever we begin, our work will be about helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to your values.
