Who I Work With

I provide teletherapy for adults in Washington, DC and Maryland. I specialize in helping women with ADHD understand themselves, manage overwhelm, and build strategies that support their goals.

I also work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. When helpful, I integrate EMDR therapy to help process experiences that continue to impact your life. I particularly enjoy supporting neurodivergent individuals.
