  • Are you currently accepting new clients?
    Yes! I’m currently accepting new clients. Sessions are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    How do I schedule a session?
    You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit, and we’ll schedule together from there.

    Do you only provide virtual therapy?
    Yes, all sessions are provided virtually, making it convenient to access therapy from home.

    How long are therapy sessions?
    Sessions are typically 53 minutes.

    How long does therapy typically last?
    Some clients come for short-term work, while others work on longer-term goals. The duration depends on your needs and what you hope to achieve in therapy.

    What is your cancellation policy?
    Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice incur a $50 cancellation fee.

    Where do I need to be during our sessions?
    You need to be located in either DC or Maryland, and in a private space where what we talk about can be kept confidential. Usually, this means at home, unless we’ve talked about other options first.

    What are your rates?

    • Intake session: $190

    • Individual session: $165

    Do you take insurance? I’m an out-of-network provider. Many clients can submit claims to their insurance for partial or full reimbursement. I use Thrizer to manage claims and reimbursements for you, keeping the process simple. Learn more about fees and insurance here.

    What if we’re not a good fit?
    It’s okay! Sometimes the first therapist isn’t the right match. If that happens, I’ll help you connect with someone else who may be a better fit.
