While I specialize in supporting women with ADHD, I also work with clients managing anxiety, relationship issues, or simply seeking greater self-understanding.
My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative, integrating talk therapy, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and existential perspectives. When past experiences continue to show up in daily life, I incorporate EMDR to help you process and move forward.
