ADHD Therapy for Women
Living with ADHD can mean juggling constant thoughts, unfinished tasks, and the pressure to “just get it done.” You find yourself working twice as hard to keep up, only to feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or discouraged. ADHD therapy can help you slow down, understand how you work, and build strategies that actually fit your life, while creating more space for the things that matter most.
How I work
We’ll use your strengths and values to guide change. I blend talk therapy, CBT-style skills, mindfulness tools, and, when helpful, EMDR.
EMDR is an evidence-based approach for processing difficult memories and reducing their emotional impact. Because it engages thoughts, feelings, and body responses all at once, EMDR can be a natural fit for ADHD brains, helping you notice patterns you might otherwise miss and translate those insights into more useful strategies.
What you can expect
We may work on:
Building executive function skills and staying organized
Easing overwhelm and emotional reactivity
Strengthening self-compassion and confidence
Navigating relationships with clarity
Creating more meaningful daily routines
Wherever we begin, our work will be about helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to your values.
