    I’m not currently accepting new clients. If you’d like to be notified when openings become available, you’re welcome to reach out or check back here.

    How do I schedule a session?
    When I have availability, the first step is a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
    Since I’m currently full, consultations are not available at this time—but you’re welcome to reach out if you’d like to be contacted about future openings.

    Do you only provide teletherapy?
    Yes. I offer teletherapy for adults in DC and Maryland, so you can access therapy from the comfort of your home.

  • How long are therapy sessions?
    Most sessions are 53 minutes.

    How long does therapy typically last?
    Some clients come for short-term work, while others prefer ongoing support. The length of therapy depends on your needs, goals, and what feels most helpful to you.

    What is your cancellation policy?
    Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice incur a $50 cancellation fee.

    Where do I need to be during our sessions?
    You’ll need to be physically located in DC or Maryland and in a private space where what we discuss can remain confidential.

    • Intake session: $190

    • Individual session: $165

    Do you take insurance?

    I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. Many clients can submit claims to their insurance for partial reimbursement.

    What if we’re not a good fit?
    That’s completely okay. Finding the right therapist matters. If we decide we’re not the best match, I’ll help you connect with someone else who might be a better fit.
