What are your rates?
The rate for intake appointments is $190, and the rate for individual sessions is $165.
Do you take insurance?
I’m an out-of-network provider, which means that I don’t work directly with any insurance companies. You may have out-of-network coverage through your insurance plan that allows you to be reimbursed for services. To simplify the billing and reimbursement process, I use Thrizer, a HIPAA-compliant platform to check benefits, submit claims to your insurance on your behalf, and manage reimbursements, so that you don’t have to add to your executive functioning load.
How long are therapy sessions?
Sessions are typically 53 minutes.
How long does therapy last?
Some people come to therapy to work on short-term problems, others to work on longer-term concerns. How long our work together will last depends on what you’re looking to get out of therapy and the goals you plan to work towards.
What’s your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as you’re able. If you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment, or haven’t canceled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50 cancellation fee.
What if we’re not a good fit?
That’s okay, it happens! Sometimes people find that the first therapist they come to isn’t the best fit for them. If we begin working together and find that we aren’t the right fit, I’ll help you to connect with someone else.
