Therapy for Anxiety, Mood, and Trauma
Anxiety, low mood, or painful past experiences can make everyday life feel heavier than it should. You may find yourself stuck in cycles of worry, guilt, or self-doubt. Or maybe old memories and feelings show up when you least expect them, leaving you overwhelmed and disconnected. Therapy can give you a place to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and begin finding steadier ground.
How I work
My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I draw from talk therapy, CBT-style tools, and mindfulness practices, and I integrate EMDR when it’s helpful. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy for trauma, anxiety, and related concerns. Because it works with thoughts, emotions, and body responses all at once, EMDR can help you process experiences that still affect you today and move toward greater clarity and balance.
